Williams Photography House
This is Williams Photography & Salon. We worked closely with this
family to design their custom home to fit their family’s needs as
well as the demands of two home businesses. It is very prominently
located on Sequim-Dungeness Way just north of Sequim.

Pioneer Home
The owners of this house had us modify the design of a
100-year-old pioneer house nearby. The house has knotty oak floors
downstairs, Arkansas pine floors upstairs, and six-inch wide wood
window trim throughout. Located just off the beach in the Jamestown
area north of Sequim, this house boasts a spectacular view of Mount
Baker across Puget Sound. |

Country Style
This country style home, in the hills above Sequim, was designed
around the view of the pond behind the house to the east and the
panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains to the south and west. The
interior is designed to effectively display the owners’ unique
collection of antiques |

Award Winner
This client had been frustrated by two unsuccessful attempts to
have architects design a nice building within his budgetary
constraints.
We approached him with a proposal for a design/build project. When he
accepted our proposal, he had no idea that he would own one of the
most highly respected buildings on the North Peninsula.
We worked closely with the owner and Ken Hays, architect, to keep
costs surprisingly low. The building won three awards from the
National Commercial Builders Council: Best Medical Facility; Best
Commercial Interior; and the third was a special award for energy
efficiency. Feel free to drop in and look at this unique building on
North Fifth Avenue in Sequim.
"We have no trouble giving them (Cornerstone) the highest
recommendation for a construction project. They are honest and
dependable and add a good dose of creativity to their skills as
contractors." James D. Watson, M.D. |
